The service department here is absolutely horrible. I have had my 2015 Dodge Ram in there three times and every time I leave, there is more wrong than when I went in. They just replaced parts randomly, hoping that will fix the problem which in turns throws off sensors that need to be fixed later. Great business model for them, they are raking in cash, but it is very frustrating as a customer who requires my vehicle to do my job. Will never bring another vehicle back here.

Went in to get my dodge ram serviced! the check in was done promptly and anything that needed to be replaced had a good online service, but when I went to go pick it up, the truck wasn't washed (even though I asked them to and it says on their website that a wash is included) a basic thing they couldn't do. I also complained about a rattling noise in my driver door and while driving home the rattling was still there. To be honest I was disappointed with the lack of customer service.

if i could rate it lower i would, terrible experience regret using them at all. they will do anything to sell you, but after the sale do not expect much. i bought a preowned car that looked to be in good condition, report said everything was good. they assured me all functions were in good working condition. these were all lies i got the vehicle home to find out there were numerous electrical issues and etc. they then wanted to over charge me to fix it. i have spent more now on the car then i was willing to, and lost even more money as i use my vehicle for work. i have been unable to do so now for a few days. i just cant help but wonder what else is wrong with the vehicle. since i cant comment on their comment just want everyone to know he says 12 dollars there quote was 565.94 the place i took it to did it for 439.

Hey Denis, we offered to pay the bill when you told us that you had found a place that would fix it for half or less of what our cost was. The bill you sent us was $12 less (half would have been closer to $235). When you buy an as is vehicle, and sign off on it being AS IS, there is no requirement for us to help at all with repairs and yet your salesperson even offered to get the part you needed for free. We were very transparent with you, but leaving us bad reviews when we have gone above and beyond to try and help isn't fair.
