BLAIR is a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This was my second vehicle I've purchased from him and I would highly recommend him to everyone. He isn't just about the sale and has followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was good and that I didn't have any questions or concerns.

I took my vehicle to this dealer for 4 years and was originally happy with the service and workmanship. Then my car started having electrical problems and became unsafe to drive. They suggested replacing a module. A week later the issue reocurred. I took it in again and they did some more work. Then two months later the problem resurfaced and the fix was to grease all the cables connecting to the module changed previously - this took a couple of hours and I was asked to pay for some even though it should have been on them for not doing the job properly the first time around. In total I paid almost 1K and took my car in 4 times to have this fixed completely when it chould have been half that. Not cool at all especially when they have one of the highest hourly rates in the area.

The customer service was above and beyond what I had expected it to be. Wayne certainly made me feel welcome at at Nurse Chevrolet and it was a pleasure to purchase my 2015 Malibu from Wayne who was so helpful during the whole process.
