Excellent service from Cade Lacoursiere who is new to the team at SMP. He did a wonderful job at getting us into our beautiful (new to us) family vehicle. He answered my many questions and put up with my many demands as a car buyer with utmost patience and his sweet genuine personality. Thank you to Sam in finance for the efficient work on all the paperwork and thanks to the rest of the SMP team for the spotless vehicle at pickup. And who doesn’t love a free prize from the SMP Prize Mountain... I’m so excited about my new Supreme Plus Keurig.

Charged service fees without my consent

My vehicle was towed into SMP after work hours because the battery was dead. When I phoned to let service know that the car was coming in, I asked the service technician to replace the battery please. I never signed any papers and did not agree to a diagnostic to be completed on my vehicle. When I picked up my Traverse, the charge was $683. I asked why so much, the service person in the payment office said, “Oh, wait a minute, I charged you the wrong amount for labour.” The bill came out to $571. I asked why so expensive again. I was told that they ran a diagnostics first before they checked my dead battery. Because my vehicle was towed in, this was not explained to me in detail about what was going to be done. I paid and then when home, phoned the service manager, Mr. Harder, and did not get any answers. Was told, that this is is standard procedure. I told the service manager that the service team should have phoned me to detail the costs before they proceeded. I am so frustrated, no where on this earth should replacing a battery cost a person, $571. Charging $33 for the service order fee? Many hidden fees that clients should be aware of before the shop goes ahead. This is a shame, I have purchased 4 vehicles from SMP and will no longer deal with this dealership ever again.

Phenomenal!! I needed a battery for my car as the cold weather killed me off. I drive a Spark, and it takes a unique battery size that I couldn't get anywhere but the dealerships. The other dealership I called knew they had me over a barrel in -37 and quoted me an insane price. Steven at SMP on the other hand, told me they had a sale going and had one in stock. There was no way I could get my car boosted (waiting for tow truck) and get there before close, so he agreed to do BRING IT OUT TO MY WIFE in -37 so she could stay safe in the car with our young child. He even stayed late as she arrived right when they were going to close. Steven went above and beyond to help me at the end of a day that I'm sure he was run off his feet. I'm VERY impressed with the SMP Parts dept.

My husband and I visited SMP on one of the coldest Saturdays! We arrived not sure what our next vehicle should be. Chris not only stood outside in the freezing cold with us, but was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. The entire SMP team helped us make our next vehicle a reality. We left that day feeling valued and very comfortable in our new perfect vehicle! Thanks SMP!

i literally LOVE it here. Randy is amazing at his job, the staff is extremely friendly, everyone is always willing to help. my family has dealt with Randy multiple times and we always come out with what we want. thank you so much for the amazing service, you guys are like family to us :)

Bought a brand new car in 2016 and now dealing with yearly breakdowns due to intercooler filling with water and freezing. Good thing I have an 06 Hyundai that can actually drive during cold weather.

I recently leased my very first vehicle with SMP and my experience was excellent. Our salesman Tyler Ovens went above and beyond for my dad and I and found us an incredible deal on a 2020 Chevy Trax. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly which helped me feel confident in my purchase. I would definitely recommend Tyler and the team at SMP to friends and family.

I am very thankful and grateful to have Rebecca in my extended family. She makes sure I'm well taken care of! She will call for my maintenance work and call to check up after my service call. I'm so comfortable with her that I share some of my personal health. She will follow up on how I'm doing! There's is no other dealership who will do that! Thanks SMP
