100% recommend !!! We were stranded in Saskatoon all the way from Red Deer needing parts and a recall at 1:00 in the afternoon and service advisor Samantha friesen and her shop Forman did everything they could to get us back on the road. They searched all of Saskatoon to find the parts I needed. They were professional, efficient and all around a joy to deal with. Thanks a million to you all and keep up the great service!!

Hello SMP Staff and Customers , this Review in addition to four years ago the journey never changed as far as I am concerned Rebecca Friesen is still remarkable . Here is the latest as on my Maintenance I had a email on Friday February 7,2025 that my DEX-COOL needed to be changed and contacted Rebecca Service Advisor with -30 Temperature as Myself and My Wife had to go to Red Deer Tuesday February 11,2025 as my Aunt had passed away . For peace of mind to make sure I had efficient heat in my Silverado Rebecca got me in on the Monday February 10,2025 which by no means was easy as she had adjust the entire service schedule with an available technician . Also to put out the Kudos to that technician please Rebecca . My Silverado ran excellent with plenty of heat to spare . Coming down here for the first time, i wasn't sure what to expect. my... Oblivious nature usually had me making bad calls with other places. Very rarely do i find an upstanding Individual who is willing to go the extra mile for me. Despite this, tom has Shown himself to be a very upstanding individual. Really, i was impressed by the passion he showed for his job and the Effort he put in just to make sure i got Accommodated. He is a very cool, Lovable guy who has shown to have a heart of gold. Definitely see if you can meet with this guy if you get the chance to. Also, keep an eye out for him on your Daily life, the guy is a real treat to talk to.

Tom is the bomb! He gives one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and will bend over backwards to make sure you are well taken care of. Looking for a vehicle is often overwhelming and exhausting which takes the fun and excitement out of it. Tom takes out the guesswork so the pressure is off of you and you can actually be excited about finding your perfect ride! I will always recommend Tom Walker because you can tell that he genuinely cares and will take great care of his customers. 5 enthusiastic stars!🌟😄

I dropped in to SMP over boxing week to check out a few vehicles and ran into Tom Walker. After a few test drives, Tom and Sam had me set up in a new Blazer, which we really like. The service has been great and they have a lot of awesome people there to help you out. Thanks Tom and Sam!
