Barry was helpful and thorough. He had the car detailed and completely checked for safety and mechanical operation before it left the lot. Although he was technically on vacation that week, Barry came into the dealership on a Saturday so that he could ensure everything was done properly. He had all the paperwork and information ready ahead of time which speeded things up for us and he explained all the features and controls of the car from inside the vehicle. I got a good on sale price and was reassured the car was in good repair .

Blair was a gentleman. I felt important as soon as I met him. He treated me with respect and didn't question that I could buy a car without a man's help. he explained everything about the car I was interested in.

real nice truck but I asked for it to be detailed .the engine was dirty and there was still sticker glue on the box and the rims have over spray on then from the touch ups.I spent two hours clean it up.on a new truck not good.but the sales men was great.

Friendly service, full details on what I was looking for, test drive vehicle ready and waiting. Thorough explanation and answered all questions. With 3 kids in tow it was a painless purchase. Barry was great at answering the kids questions and was very helpful and informative walking me through the new car at pick up. Car was in excellent condition and ready to go when I arrived. The first time Cadillac buyer, a stressful event... That's what I thought but everything has been made to make it easy in a comfortable way.
