I drove in to have my summer tires stored. It was a little confusing for the technician because I didn't have my snow tires installed there.

I think the technician was new to the job so he need some assistance from fellow co-workers which he got quickly and efficiently.

Adam was courteous and specific about the needs of my car. He arranged transportation to my home and ensured I had a ride back. The work was able to be done on a Saturday, so I didn't have to juggle my work time.

When I called to book my car in the woman took the time to explain the deals for changing and storing my tires. She looked back on what I had done in the past and also set up for my paint inspection. The day I arrived I was seen right away. They were very polite and explained what was been done. When my car was ready they took the time to explain the balancing and work completed. Great team!
