I purchased new snow tires from Trevor and he was great in suggesting the perfect tires for my vehicle. I only deal with Honda because of the Great service i have received in the past.

I'm taking my 1997 Acura NSX now to Brantford Honda for basic maintenance. I find the staff very friendly, prices fantastic (compared to Acura dealership in Kitchener) and I get a feeling/vibe that they are really concerned about their customers. The higher ups should be very proud of the staff working for them. I know it's tough finding and keeping good ones but you guys seem to have great staff.

I had a winter tire swap plus an oil change. Also requested a brake inspection. All services were completed in a reasonable amount of time, and upcoming necessary repairs were pointed out to me verbally and on the invoice.

Dale was lovely to interact with. He made a point of checking for any recalls and was truthful that the service would take about 2 to 2.5 hours. He also let me know when he was leaving and who would take over my account after he was gone.
