Even with the power outage the staff was helpful and showed me around. The service department was also able to get me by with a temporary fix to my AC unit until I decide to pull the plug on buying a new AC compressor.

Like any where else you sit and wait for the vehicle to be done.

We had an oil change and inspection done. There was a slight misunderstanding about there being an extra charge for going full synthetic but it was resolved quick and easy. The problem with the tire monitor system is still not fixed. I don't remember if this is the third or forth time since we bought the car that it has been looked at and is still not fixed. It is an on going problem and i am afraid that i will end up paying for it to get fixed when it was a problem since we bought the car. Everyone was kind and kept us up to date and i realize things take time so you have to sit and wait. My only complaint is that it is taking so much time to fix the tire monitor system.
