Fantastic customer service. Wayne Bodnaruk and Luke McCellan were amazing. If your buying a vehicle new or used talk with Wayne, he is an amazing sales person, really knowledgable and treats you great.

About two weeks before the appoontment I received a reminder call. I booked the appt. When I arrived I had 41741 k on the truck. I was advised by the service advisor my final oil change would not be covered. I appreciate 40k is the cut off but a reminder on the phone call I got would have been nice.

I dropped my truck off the night before to get my leveling kit installed and for it to get detailed, undercoating, and diamond coat. They told me that they would have it done before I was done work. Well it was a few hours after I was done work when it was done. I look at the under the truck and there is over spray every where. I open the door and it was not detailed at all. So I told them i want it fixed next time I come in for my exaust to get put on. They put the exaust on and that's it. This was taking to much time away from my life and work. I work 6 days a week and don't really have time to deal with this. So my truck still hasn't been detailed and the over spray is still there. I have experienced terrible work quality and service. I do have to say that Mike larwood has been the biggest help out of all of this he has at least tried to help push to get this stuff done. Eventhough it's not his department.

Work was ok. Pricing was mixed up and seems lately that when I get my truck back something happens and it ends up back in for work

Oil change I waited a long time and finally went to service desk and was told vehicle was done long time ago. No one came to get me. Poor service in this regard.

i meant to write this a while back but anyways... i loved the experience i had with Wheaton. I had emailed about looking at a Chevrolet Orlando because i was just browsing for SUV's at the time as my car was starting to fall apart on me. I had worked with Jon and I had gotten approved fairly quick and even got some money for my other car to put towards the newer car. Jon went above and beyond to make sure myself and my husband were satisifed with the car and answered any questions we had. He even helped us figure out the Sirius XM radio and get that working. Highly recommend!
