I lost my key and called for a new one. Guy says sure, bring your license and registration and we'll make one up. I take a cab up to be told that buddy on the phone should have checked if it was a chip key and they wouldn't do anything for me without the car present. So now I'm out cab fare both ways with no keys. So much for competence! This is exactly why I don't get any maintenance done there. Edit: Be on alert for this scam. They email you saying your loan is almost paid out and you can bring your car in for a free review of worth and maybe get a new one!! I never had a loan for my car. I called to complain to the manager, Luke, about scammy emails and was told that it was probably just a clerical error with the automated system and no need to cut ties with them over one little incident. Oddly specific details for a mere clerical error - had name, address, type of vehicle, and how many payments were left.

Everyone is great I had a trailer hitch put on my new equinox. The service I received was excellent. The service in all the departments is great I have already told all of my friends that are looking for a new vehicle to go there.

Lease of new vehicle. Included test drive, trade in, application of care package, and financing. Enjoyed meeting Rob - every interaction was positive. He was enthusiastic, and supportive in every way. He helped resolve an issue with On Star. If he didn't know something he found the answer.
