Salesman screwed license plate into body

The salesman screwed license plate with a long screw that went into the body panel. Since I'm 8 hours away sales manager says he can't do anything.

Darrell, I'm sorry you had a less than perfect experience with us. Coming up with a satisfactory solution to this is difficult, with you being 8 hours away. We can't do much! That being said, next time you're going to be in the city for the day, please reach out to me at jmichell@wheatonchev.com and I'll see about getting you a wash and some gas, for the inconvenience. I realise that's not the perfect solution, but I hope it will help somewhat!

I've been to Wheaton Chev a number of times - for parts, service and repairs. Although I didn't like the vehicles they had to offer when I was looking at purchasing in 2016, their customer service was still top notch. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They're patient with all my questions, and have never left me wondering about anything! They've went above and beyond for me during a difficult time and have really given me piece of mind while dealing with my car issues. A HUGE thank you to Braden & Tonya in the Collision Center, it's people like you that keep me coming back.
