They love to waste your time with offers to buy your vehicle when they have no intention to pay anywhere close to what you're asking. Even after your first response to their message is "my price is firm, so don't waste my time". (I was contacted under the Umbrella of St Albert Automotive Group, them not counting on me having very good knowledge of dealers in the city, I knew who they were, and that they had 2 dealers, not knowing which of the 2 dealers contacted me, I've left a review for both).

Sorry you feel like we wasted your time, it certainly wasn't our intention. We were interested in your truck for sale, having a customer that is looking for something similar. Once we got the VIN number, we realized we wouldn't be able to give you the asking price so we respectfully declined your asking price, without any further negotiations. You're selling your truck privately, asking for the VIN is a reasonable request as it provides a lot of information and usually allows for a lot less back and forth questions. In my opinion, us respectfully inquiring about your truck for sale doesn't warrant a poor google review. All the best going forward. Alan Wack - Dealer Principal

Chris and daylan are probably the best combo for when it comes to customer service. They both are extremely respectful and want to help you with what you want. They aren’t trying to force you or pressure you into anything. I will defiantly continue going to these two for any help I need !

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and Simon at St. Albert Dodge was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the car-buying experience a breeze! Everyone involved with my trade-in and new sale was amazing and I will definitely be sending my friends and family to them in the future.
