There was a small stone chip and Dana pointed it out right away and assured me it would be fixed. He took the time to show me features on the car that other salesman never showed me.

I like the fact that my time was valued by the dealership staff. I also appreciate that I was informed of all my options for warrantee and other coverages but was not pressured by the dealership.This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Ontario Motor Sales we should have come back the last time but definitely will be back the next. The service to buying the car was great but when I came home the next morning a light came on and I called as it should not be my responsibility to fix it. When buying a car from the dealership even though it is used should be in good condition. I bought from the dealership to prevent buying garbage. I called the next day and then a follow-up call a week later and of course no body ever calls back.. so honestly I would never buy from this dealership again at the end of the day it doesn't matter how great the sales person is. It is the quality of the cars you sell..
