AMAZING!!! Treated like family. Answered any and all questions that we thought of pre and post purchases. We have bought 2 vehicles from here and a family member has also purchased a vehicle from here and would do so again in the future and definitely would recommend to a friend!!

We visited Ontario Motor Sales to review and test drive a new Cruze for my youngest son. The salesman, Lee Conlin, who assisted us, was very pleasant and helpful. Although it was near closing time there was no pressure or high handed sales tactics employed after the test drive. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and although we were not committed to a sale we felt no pressure to end our visit hastily so they could close up. After reviewing other manufacturer's vehicles we returned a week or so later to move forward on a purchase. We were treated respectfully and advised of the new dealer incentives. Those, along with the test drive, Consumer Reports excellent recommendation and the 0% financing, sealed the deal on the 2017 Cruze. If our service visits go as smoothly as the purchase went I would not hesitate to recommend Lee Conlin and Ontario Motor Sales for anyone interested in a Chevrolet product. Another small detail of note was that while my son waited outside for the paperwork to be completed another OMS employee gave my son front floor matts for the new vehicle, he said they were extras being returned and asked if would he like them. An appreciated random act of kindness. Well done OMS ! a

Everyone was courteous at OMS...from reception to the Sales Manager. Lee my sales person put me into a new car the following day. He went over all the functions of the car with me and took me on a tour of the Service Department. I was happy from beginning to end.
