New Silverado 2016

Very happy and satisfied with my experience at OMS. I believe this is my 3rd new truck to come thru OMS, 1989 and 1999 being the other two model years. The salesman, Scott Stewart was excellent(!) in his knowledge and desire to find me what I was looking for. I was also pleased with the trade-in value of my 2009 GMC. Overall 10/10 rating in my view.

My salesman was Trevor Edwards. He was very helpful with all my concerns of my budget and everything else I had asked him. I would recommend him to any friends that might be looking for a new vehicle. I was impressed that he gave me a short tour of the parts and service area. Even introduced me to a few of them.

We had a great experience in getting our new vehicle. Trevor answered all questions we had and it was a fun experience. Other dealerships it feels more about the sale and with Trevor it was more about getting to know us as clients and not just interested in getting a sale.

Brian Dick is an excellent sales representative for OMS. He is courteous, knowledgable, friendly and more that happy to go out of his way to make sure the experience is satisfying to the customer. When you drive your new vehicle away, you feel more than comfortable that all aspects of the purchase have been covered. I would deal with no one else for my new vehicles.

Excellent transaction. Very smooth from my first inquiry to the final vehicle pickup. Brian's in depth communication and the speed by which he responds is exemplary. My initial choice for my Volt wasn't among those in stock at the dealership but Brian was able to source what I required quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend doing business here as a result of my experiences. Great job!
