Steven Johnson was my original point of contact and was the salesperson involved with my previous car. Steve is professional, friendly, never pressured me into anything and worked around MY schedule, not his. Both he and Andrew came to my office to finish off the paperwork and drop off my new 2016 Cruze. The whole process couldn't have gone smoother. Also a quick shout out to Ornella Roberts, the business manager, for a similar smooth process.

My overall experience was great. I went from thinking that I couldn't get a new car because of my credit, to buying the perfect car for me within 2 days. Shane went above and beyond to make this happen. He helped me with an issue that came up after I took possession and has followed up with my purchase with an offer to help me with any of the features that I may not know how to use. For such a larger dealership, I got a very personalized experience.

Everything was looked after and Mike was very professional and didn't sound like a salesperson. Just someone that was looking out for my best interest. He was able to assist me finding the right vehicle, even though I was very indecisive. He was able to answer all my questions as well.
