We purchased a new 2017 equinox in October. We dealt with Mike Hayes who was a very patient , helpful and courteous sales person . He answered any questions we had and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. We also dealt with Kristi Sawyer, who was outstanding in dealing with our cash deal. She took care of everything right down to the smallest detail and made us feel welcome as well as confident that all details were efficiently handled.

I dealt with a different sales person in the past who did enough to get by. Mike goes above and beyond to make the sale. I reccomend him to my friends and family and they all agree he makes the sales process simple and enjoyable

It was a little costly but at no time did I question the integrity of Jim or anyone else involved in the root cause and corrective actions required.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. My engine light was on due to a faulty seal and corrosion where the fuel pump is attached to the fuel tank. Jim took the time to explain the issue and show me the faulty fuel pump. He was mindful of my need to have my car back by a certain time in order for me to get to work on time. Other than the cost of the repairs I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience.
