Hard work ethic

John works hard and I believe is honest, I judge all service on work ethics not just my vehicle, you don't even have to perfect, but you have to have a good work ethic and I will return and be loyal.

You have really good service advisers at Ontario Motor Sales. I usually deal with John Turner who goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. I live in Pickering but I have been bringing my car "home" to OMC for all service work eleven years now.

The staff are always friendly helpful and knowledgeable I appreciate the shuttle service to and from work and I enjoy talking to the drivers. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there because I am very happy with the way I'm treated and also the quality of work.

I came in to Ontario motor sales with a concerns about a noise that was coming from under the hood of my vehicle. I had great service from my service advisor and I had my car back fix the same day. I will be returnin.

After getting the vehicle back , I had to retourn for things that were missed, and not the same as when I bought it! When we mentioned that the backup assist had no grid appear on the mirror, we were promptly told it never had one???? Why would I ask about something if it wasn't there, it sure as heck had it when I bought it and they brush it off and say talk to your ( mine) insurance people, and this could go on for a 10000 more words!! Still not solved either!!

Friendly, helpful, timely, considerate. Enjoyable atmosphere. Honest. I like that they tell me in advance what service is to come - no surprises. I feel I can trust them and they look after their customers. Best customer service I've had anywhere ever. Hands down.
