Staff at OMS always have taken care of my ATS Cadillac in a way that really eases my mind,as I have needed re-call issues and oil-changes... As a customer, peace of mind involving an expensive personal vehicle, is KEY, thankyou for your care of my car, and me.

I'm a regular and happy customer because of people like Joe Pozderec. My Caddy required a headlamp change. It turned out to be a bigger and very expensive job. He gracefully explained the trouble clearly to me and softened the price shock very well. He went the extra several mile for me seeing that my SRX is very low mileage and in mint condition. The entire headlamp housing/assembly was replaced at a third of the original quote! Again, thanks, Joe! I'm always treated very well by all the staff I've encountered over the years. I remain a very loyal customer, thanks to everyone.

2015 impala V 6 LT went for the first year checkup just needed a small alignment correction,everything else passed and no warranty issues. love this car it's like a Cadillac and a Camaro had a kid and it grew up to be a Caddymaro/ Implala.
