I had a fantastic experience working with Brandon in the finance department. He made the entire financing process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Brandon took the time to explain all the paperwork clearly, answered every question I had with patience, and made sure I understood all my options before signing anything. He was professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about finding the best deal for my situation. It’s rare to find someone in finance who is this approachable and trustworthy. I highly recommend working with Brandon if you’re buying a car—he made the final steps of the process feel easy and comfortable.

Great service. We seen an ad on facebook for a car and was able to make an appt for next day for viewing. Managed to work out a really good deal. Thank you to Brenden Ka for making the entire process super easy! Definitely would recommend SMP to others!

Purchased a vehicle today, Krista M was my salesperson. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through all particulars of the vehicle. She knew warranty info, disclosed vehicle repairs done and arranged a commuter vehicle to use. Would recommend her and SMP all staff I met were great.

I stopped at SMP on Saturday May 3rd in the late afternoon just to browse vehicles as I was interested in the new redesigned Trax. As we were walking and checking out vehicles, Brenden Agarand came out to greet us and introduced himself. He proceeded to show us some of the new Trax, and answered our questions. As we were looking at the vehicles he then showed us some Trailblazers, as the Trax do not come with AWD. Brenden was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We then test drove a new trailblazer and afterward we struck a deal to trade in my old vehicle to purchase the new 2025 Trailblazer. We financed and dealt with Sam Prowse for this. She go us a great deal for the financing and we are very happy with the end result. The store actually closes at 6PM on Saturdays and they stayed late and we got all the paperwork and transfers done before they went home, it was around 8PM when we finished. I would just like to say outstanding customer service from everyone there, especially Brenden and Sam. I am very happy with my new purchase and I will tell everyone I can to go there if they want to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Brenden and Sam.

I bought a 2018 Mazda 3 Sport car. The treatment I received was incredible. I felt very good with everything that happens. When I arrive at my place, everything is fine. After 3 days with the car, I notice that every time I try to brake, the car shakes in the front. I try to call Brandon, who was the one who sold me the car. I spent two weeks trying to get in touch with him until he answered. I spoke with him and he told me that he was going to talk to his manager, that he was going to call me to see what he could do for me, and it's been almost 3 weeks and he hasn't told me anything. I'm even afraid to drive far in the car because I think it's not safe to go out like that. I trusted SMP. But

Went to smp hoping to trade in my 2020 kona. Was not expecting to actually be able to get into what I wanted. The whole day was an absolute joy. Robbie got me an unreal deal on an even better 2025 Silverado 1500 trail boss. He made sure I was 💯 percent satisfied with the choice made and Isaiah laid out financing options clearly and effectively I could not recommend both of these boys enough. If your looks at swaping. Now is the time. Great incentives and offers. And I got a new stone pot set for the house. Whoop whoop. Thanks again smp!
