Spent 2 hours for oil change, that maybe acceptable for walk in but not when I booked the service in advance.

Went there for my first oil change. They promised they would top up the radior coolant and windshiled washer fluid and tire pressure. Once done not only they didnt top up any fluid the oil dipstic was out and not secured. They mentioned in their report that they toped up fluid which was a lie. I had to take the car to another service shop to top up fluid and tire pressure. Very dissapointong and untrustworthy wouldnt trust this place for car service

Samantha and the rest of the service people at SMP were very helpful when my truck broke down. Everything was explained up front, and I was kept up to date on repairs. They made a stressful situation much more bearable. Highly recommend them for service.
