Just picked up my new-to-me vehicle on Friday and was very happy with the whole experience. It was efficient and the customer service from Tyson and Logan and Devon was second to none. I let them know what I was looking for before I came in and they had one ready to go for me to test drive and I got to go home with it the next day.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding the unprofessional behaviour involving your employees/management . While I was not fully involved in the transaction I have a very close person I know who purchased a vehicle from them, employees and managers speaking in a loud and aggressive manner on the phone. The tone and volume of their voices, along with what I could decipher of the conversation, was unacceptable. I have never written a google review before.
