I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle through SMP. I worked with Krista Mitchell and she was fabulous! Krista helped me with a custom build of a 2025 Traverse. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the build process, and was great at sharing any updates she received as the Traverse was being built. Once it arrived, she made arrangements quickly for us to be able to pick it up. She was very organized and had all paperwork and details ready to go when I stopped in. Krista was so great to work with, I highly recommend both her and SMP!

Go anywhere else! I didn’t find out how slick these guys were until they managed to con me into car that was ready for the wreckers at a new car price. There’s absolutely no doubt that they were aware of all of the problems with the piece of crap they sold me. I could go on. Their credit department was just as slick. They tried to cuádruple the price of this lemon by telling us that this protection was included in or payment. Yeah sure, as long as you don’t mind making payments for the rest of your life. There didn’t seem to be any unethical practice that they weren’t willing to engage in, right down to the magical module that prevents rust at a mere $700. Run, don’t walk, to any other dealership! I’d give them five negative points if that was an option.
