Getting in for an oil change & overall inspection was quick, easy, and accommodating. Then add in the 5 hr quote to replace some cooling lines wasn’t great news, but it is what it is. But then great news came, done in two hrs. Then bad news again, still pay for 5 hrs. Perhaps there is a middle ground where the potentially returning customer benefits occasionally also. I understand you have “policies”, but…..!

I purchased a 2017 Range Rover from Saskatoon Motor Products on January 19th, and it has been a complete nightmare from the start. Within TWO DAYS of driving it off the lot, I contacted them about a coolant issue. They told me it was just “coolant sweating” — a complete joke. The truth? The radiator is shot and still hasn’t been replaced, and the coolant leak is ongoing months later. That was just the beginning. Within 10 to 20 days, the vehicle started falling apart: Coolant leak Radiator failure Faulty A/C Turbo issues Engine oil leak This isn’t a list of minor problems — this is a list of everything that makes a car undriveable. And yet, this dealership sold it to me as if it was in top condition. They priced it like it was flawless, and then had the nerve to offer me an extended warranty — essentially trying to get me to pay more to fix a disaster they sold me. When I called to get answers, the sales manager had the audacity to tell me, “You should’ve bought a new car,” and that I should expect “minor issues” with a used vehicle. Let me be clear: These are not minor issues — these are massive, expensive repairs that no reputable dealership should leave for the buyer to deal with days after a purchase. They eventually fixed the turbo and oil leak, but completely ignored the unresolved radiator and coolant issues. No accountability. No urgency. No respect for the customer. Even worse, they had the gall to tell me that I should’ve arranged my own private inspection — as if it’s my job to catch all the problems they knowingly overlooked or hid. This place is a complete scam. They push broken cars out the door, slap on a high price, and act like it’s your problem once they’ve got your money. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle purchase. Stay far away from Saskatoon Motor Products. They don’t stand behind what they sell, they don’t care about the customer, and they will leave you stuck with a broken vehicle and a massive bill.
