I purchased a used vehicle with only 1500km last year with additional extended warranty, gap, disability, and sickness. I was told by the finance advisor that all of the warranty could be cancelled at any time with a pro-rated refund. Not realizing that all the additional coverages would be $9077.09. That is my own fault for not looking into it further, but that also goes to show that they will try to convince you to purchase for more money in their pockets. Keep in mind this was a brand new car not made by GM, so it should not have needed extended warranty and it still had/has factory warranty. The finance advisor gave me a difficult time when requesting refunds, and it took about two months from the date I dropped off the documents for some of the refunds. I also sent many emails with requests for refunds and I was told that two of the coverages were not refundable after 30 days ( I didnt receive contract info for the Diamond-Kote and the other contract stated I could cancel). I ended up submitting a cancellation on my own for the one I was told was not refundable. Also, they don't like emailing as that traces conversation. Instead they called numerous times with no voicemail left. Which seemed to delay the process. Always email or get things in writing! I also wanted to mention that when I did speak on the phone the first time I was being told by the finance advisor that I would only be getting about $1800 back for refund. I know she was trying to convince me to just keep it as I would be losing more than gaining based off her quote. I cancelled anyway and got much more back than she had quoted over the phone. Personally, I will not be returning to trade in my vehicle. They are a high-volume dealership that knows they can get away with treating people poorly because of it. So my takeaway from this experience would be to make sure you are aware of all the costs and the pros and cons of purchasing warranty. Make sure to ask for the out the door price as well because I didnt realize I would have to pay $3098 for an installation and delivery fee.

Save your money and go elsewhere. I bought a new vehicle that had all used old tires that were patched up that didn’t even last a a couple months and had to buy new tires. Then ignored all my messages when asked about it. Seems ridiculous.

The worst dealership they lie in my face didn't show all the paperwork of the car and did't tell us that the car has two accidents didn't show us the car fax of the car neither the credit check application .. never getting e car there again.

I purchased an SUV in July, and while the vehicle itself has been fine so far, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and professionalism at this dealership. The SUV was missing the trunk cover, so I called three times to confirm whether the vehicle originally came with one. Eventually, the salesperson, Kier Gonzales, called me and asked me to come in (He mentioned the cover should be somewhere). After waiting for quite some time, a manager, Jilene Allan, came to look at the car and informed me that these cars doesn't come with a trunk cover and that I would need to place an order at Toyota for one. While that answer was fair, it was frustrating that I had to drive all the way to the dealership for information that could have been easily shared over the phone. When I expressed that this felt like a waste of time, Ms. Allan responded dismissively and told me to “go and not waste my time here,” then walked away. I found this to be extremely unprofessional, especially coming from a manager. On again I went in to ask about Keir to ask about the service department and was told that Mr. Gonzales was out of office, even though I could clearly see him in his office. Based on my experience, I would give 0 stars for their customer service and overall attitude toward customers.
