I purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra SLT from Georgian. My sales rep, Mitchell Armstrong was with me from the start. He made the process quick and painless which was greatly appreciated. He explained every step in layman's terms so there was no confusion at my end. He listened to my 'wants' and went out of his way to make them happen. The surprise toneau cover was a testament to his attentiveness. Thanks very much for that Mitchell. The whole team I dealt with was great. It was a very enjoyable experience and I do recommend them.

I recently picked up a 2024 Buick Encore Sport from Georgian Chevrolet and I must say that after 5 years of being in the dealership industry, this was the most incredible experience I’ve encountered ! Michael Blanda was my Sales Consultants and Stephanie Rabito was my Finance Manager and they made this such an enjoyable, easy, and fast process for me. The reason I was looking for a new vehicle was because I was involved in an accident and in between dealing with insurance, rentals, and shopping around at other dealers, it was just an overwhelming and stressful few weeks. With the cost of everything being so high, especially interest rates, I took an interest in Georgian as they had a lot of incentives going on. I still can’t believe that after weeks of searching, Mike and Stephanie were able to find me a vehicle and set up an amazing deal for me within two days!! No joke, I reached out to Mike on Friday evening without any idea of what I really wanted, and my vehicle was ready for pick up by noon on Monday! (Keep in mind, they’re closed on Sundays). I know that the process of purchasing a new vehicle can be a lot because you never want to get taken advantage of and getting stuck in contracts with all these additional hidden fees but I would honestly recommend Stephanie and Mike to anyone. They were completely transparent and they did everything they could to ensure that I got the best deal possible! I’m extremely happy with the outstanding service I received from the two best employees at Georgian !! I love my new encore and trust me, if you’re looking to buy a vehicle, these two are the ones to see!!!

Visited on Monday and left with a car today (Friday). Alex was my sales rep and he was super friendly! Ryan dealt with the finances for me and both made the process super easy! I bought a used car and it looks perfect. They included a Chevrolet travel mug and baseball cap for in the car. My parents have gotten their last few vehicles here and so have my grandparents and some family friends.

I recently purchased a 2024 Yukon. When we started the search for a new vehicle, I called to inquire about my trade in value. Konstantin had Mitch Miller drive to my work to evaluate my trade! Now that's service! There was zero pressure to purchase. We weren't sure if we wanted a diesel, so we flipped flopped a little. They were very patient!. On pick up day, Mitch took his time showing us all of the features of our beautiful Yukon. He even offered to stop by our house if we had any issues with the garage door opener setup. If you are planning to buy, I highly recommend Mitch Miller WTG Georgian sales team!

We were driving along the 400 from Mississauga to Barrie when we were motioned by a driver to pull over. He noticed something wrong with one of our tires. We were thankful that he did because there was a bulg in the tire. We called your dealer and although they were so busy, they accommodated us and changed our tire. Noah the service advisor, greeted me and made me feel so special. He assured me that he would have us back on the road safely in no time. I was so relieved because I had to pickup our grandchildren from school and could not be late. Thank you Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC for the exceptional customer service we received. Thank you Noah and anyone else that saved the day and possibly our lives.

I would highly not recommend going here if you have a used car that requires service. I scheduled an initial appointment to get my front sway bars, new tires and alignment done and dropped it off at 8am. I had to call back at 3pm because I had not heard anything back and thats when they told me that they could not get to it and that I would need to reschedule. I was very frustrated. I then rescheduled because I have a chevy and I want the work done correctly at the dealership. I take it back a second time and they take it upon themselves to do a FULL car overview to let me know what should be done when originally I took it directly to them and told them I need new sway bars, new tires and alignment. They do the full car overview and suggest some additional items to get done which I agree to, however, in doing the full car overview they damage the right wheel drum which I notice driving off the lot. They tell me to bring it back in the next day to have it looked at. I take it in and they make me wait 3 hours only to tell me there was a lot of rust on the drum so when we did our health check and put it back together that its just the rust and hopefully it will go away (Please note that there was never an issue of noise coming from the right rear drum before bringing it in and I never asked them to look into the rear of the car). I continue to drive the car and notice a shake in the front right wheel and a brand new tire that is constantly loosing air pressure. I tell them about these three issues and they tell me to bring it back in to have it looked at. They then quote me a new tire sensory and an additional $420 to get the rear drums services for something they did. They also told me that the rims were slightly bent and would possibly need replacing. I asked why wouldn't they have told me this when I was getting the new tires done? They replied "I can't undo what others have done but I can help moving forward", does a dealership not work as a team? Where is the communication between departments? They continue to place the blame on the car or the customer and not take responsibility for what their team did. I would not take my car here again and I would recommend that you don't as well.

We recently purchased our cadillac XT6 and it's everything we wanted and more! We are greatful for the staff at Georgian Chevrolet, specifically Mike Blanda and Will (from finance). Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He answered all our questions and got us an awesome deal we could not resist!. From the day we first came to see the car, right until the day we drove it home, Mike was there! Thank you to Mike and the rest of the team at Georgian Chevrolet.
