Took my 2016 Equinox in for service because during the heatwave my AC kicked out and I only had hot air blowing in the vehicle. After they “fixed” it for over $2000, I started driving home and realized I ONLY had AC and NO heat as well as no control over the temp in the car. I called them back and they said it was an “unfortunate coincidence” and that my temp actuator and temp door were broken and it would cost me almost $3000 more to fix the new issue that I’m certain was correlated to their previous work. Hubby was looking at the car and they didn’t even put the parts back together properly. I’m not convinced this was an “unfortunate coincidence” ’since I had heat prior to them working on the AC. Time to look for a new service department I guess.

I can’t express enough how amazing my experience here was! This was my first time buying by myself and Steven Rabey made this experience so easy and exciting! I got a 2025 Chevy Trax ACTIV and I am loving it more and more every day. Steven is very professional and kind and made this such an effortless and stress free process! Great dealership and great staff!

I feel deep remorse for having to express this after a pleasant transaction and experience Steven Rabey, however unfortunately my vehicle is experiencing many defects from factory with no success avail to fix it. I’m super disheartened to deal with this as it’s my second vehicle purchased from them within three years and for an 70,000$ vehicle I’m not pleased.

I purchased a 2024 Denali HD. My salesman's name was Alex. Everything went pretty well till I went to pick it up and was charged an extra $300 for licensing fee that I found out upon renewal I didn't need to pay, because it was under the weight required for the higher licensing fee. I called Alex recently to trade this vehicle in. He claimed that he would get back to me in a couple of days. I still have not heard back from him. I guess it's the same old story. As soon as you take delivery the service stops.

I was pretty disappointed with how the operation is run with their used vehicles. I test drove a car and said I was interested just had to talk with the bank and they neglected to tell me that I need to put a deposit down if I want to save the vehicle. Came back a few days later to sign paperwork for it and was told it was sold the night before. I was disappointed but our salesperson did help us find another vehicle. However this vehicle was a little out of my price range which was fine with me as they said the small problems with it would be fixed. Not only were some of the problems not fixed I had to bring the car in for ball joint replacements three weeks after purchase. They also signed me up for a warranty I didn’t want because I can’t afford it but thank god they did because of those parts they didn’t fix in the first place. This week I took my car in for an oil change and found out that they didn’t reset the oil change tracker in the car so I didn’t have to get it changed yet at all. I also had leaks in both my rear tires which their warranty doesn’t cover but luckily wasn’t too expensive to fix. In conclusion I was greatly mislead the whole time, the car was not in the condition I was promised it would be in when I picked it up, and they only care about the bottom line. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of one is because the employees at the service center were very helpful and fixed the parts that should have been repaired in the first place. I definitely don’t recommend this dealership if you are buying used but I’m sure they have better service for buying new vehicles.

What a disgraceful operation this is. I was happy to pay a premium on a used GMC cargo van thinking that should there be an issue the dealer would back up the brand they sell. Boy was I wrong.... After about 4 or 5 weeks it was apparent that they had sold me a vehicle with a backyard body and paint job. The paint began to crack and fall off of the body. A body shop inspected it and determined that the panels were covered in body filler. It had a quick paint job to make it look nice. Once brought to their attention their solution was to trade in on a brand new van. They offered $4600 less as the trade in value and the new van at full list price. This went nowhere after being passed around to several salespeople. Everyone is a "manager" here so there's no accountability. They will pass you on from person to person until you give up in frustration. This is now 8 months since the initial purchase and the mechanical issues have been non stop. The biggest being a transmission repair which thankfully was covered under the drivetrain warranty. From oil pressure issues, lock and windows, air conditioning, more transmission problems, the vehicle is a complete lemon and financial burden. The body condition of this vehicle went from excellent to poor in 6 months time. The painted over rust is now exposed. Paint is down to primer in several spots, paint missing in patches. Their detailer deserves a 5 star review for hiding all of that so well. They simply do not care about making it right and their only concern is to sell you something else to make even more money. One of the other disgusting tricks they pulled I didn't realize until recently. When signing the final paperwork they were excited that they were able to get the interest rate down. That's great but what I didn't realize was they had increased the sale price essentially increasing their profit while keeping my monthly payments the same. This lower interest rate was not passed on in any savings to me. I've put off writing this review in hopes that they would make it right but that isn't going to happen. I highly suggest you avoid Georgian Chevrolet at all costs. They truly lack business morals. I will continue to share my experience with anyone who will listen.
