The parts department was very unorganized. I called once talked to someone and they gave me a price of $126. I called back to place the order but another person picked up and TRIPLED the price. He was extremely rude when I asked how the price tripled. He was so lazy to explain the cost he HUNG UP. I have purchased several Chevy's throughout my lifetime. This dealership specifically has had one of the worst customer service. Highly recommend to spend your money and time at another Chevy dealership.

We decided to go look at a new truck this morning about 10:10am we pulled up and parked and two sales men where standing by the corvette out front chatting We walked the entire lot looking at 2500 Denali and or a high country truck. On our walk back we walked passed them again to look at the Denali pretty much next to them. Not a good morning not a hey is there anything we can help you with just pretty much ignored. As we got back in our car I wanted to say hey thanks for all the help but my wife said let’s just go to the next dealership. Is customer service a thing of the past?

Took my ownership and my deposit, took over a week to get it back after declining a deal. Sales rep told me when I could come in and get it, was told they had no idea when I went in to pick it up. Was told that day they would mail it. Found out Today 5 days later this still had not been done. Unprofessional.

We had the most incredible experience at Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC. Our sales rep Michael Blanda was phenomenal. He helped us choose the car that had all the required features I was looking for. He took us for a test drive. He welcomed the preferred rate program through my employer. I'm very happy with my new 2024 Buick Envista Sport Touring Crossover. I've purchased a used car here about a year ago. Right after I started to use it (within a week), some issues came up (not to mention the car was in an accident and they "forgot to inform me about it"). Issues after issues,..thankfully, I have purchased their $3000 warranty, which was a good call on their end, but it doesn't do anything to solve the problems that are coming up with the car. I really needed a car large and big back then, and they had nothing in that size, so I purchased this used one. Now, after a year (I barely use it because I have two cars), I am facing an almost $6000 repair bill. However, I was letting them know right at the beginning that I have issues with the car, and not just one, but several! I had to fight even for one issue to fix under warranty, and it was taking about 2 months until it was "fixed," and guess what!? That issue is back again! So they just did a cheap and quick version of compare to real service. I take care of my cars, and my 2018 car looks like new. So I know this other car came in a terrible condition it was just very professionally hidden from me.... they knew, once I walk out the door, it will be my problem, not theirs, and it is. AVOID buying used vehicle from here because they are not standing behind what they sell. And if you do so, do not buy the extra warranty because it's worth nothing. A car like this should have been priced according to its condition, not the price that I paid for. I feel I received an unfair service. The company wasn't truthful. They are totally right. It is my problem now.
