I just bought my brand new 2024 Equinox and so far I have enjoyed my new vehicle. Jonathan was awesome throughout the process and answered all of my questions. I was treated well by other staff at the dealership which made for a good experience. I would highly recommend!

Initially, I had a good experience with the dealership. Tyler was pleasant, and I am satisfied with the car I purchased. However, as a first-time car buyer, I was unaware that dealerships might claim to secure a lower interest rate but then state that the bank requires additional conditions, like purchasing an extended warranty. When I called the bank, they confirmed this wasn’t true. This lack of transparency was very disappointing. Overall, the service was okay, but I advise future customers to carefully review financing terms and consult with the bank directly if possible. I will not be returning for car servicing as I no longer trust this dealership.

I had purchased a used truck from them and Steph Boss really worked with me. She got me a 2018 with low kms and in good shape, for extremely low bi-weekly payments and the most value on my trade in. The truck had a few issues that needed to be fixed but Steph was with me every step of the way ensuring that I would be taken care of with no stress on my end. There was no hassle with them fixing my truck and got the vehicle back to me for the long weekend, and did more than just the minimum on replacing what needed to be fixed. 10/10 service. Ask for Steph Boss to hook you up for your next vehicle and you will not be disappointed!

Be careful when buying used cars. My experience is the worst. I bought a Sanava van and they sold me a van with a transmission problem. I complained but it didn't help. This happened two days after I bought the van.

Had dealt at this dealership since 2012 but will NEVER again. Multiple mess ups on the part of the dealership staff, in sales, financing, and management. Poor communication and overall terrible customer service. Would leave less than 1 star if it was an option.

Brought my 2024 trax in to get looked as I was having stalling issues, was told they couldn’t find what was wrong or why it was happening, picked it up and was told they couldn’t give me any diagnostic paperwork as to what was done on the vehicle because I’m waiting on a part to come in for my display screen.

Jonathan was great. I went in for a used car and ended up with an even better one than I intended, for the same price. Jonathan made the sale seamless, I never felt stressed for a second. Highly recommend this dealership, they are super professional and friendly.

I recently purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra from Georgian Motors. I live 7 hours away, so after driving the lot, I relied on the website to select my vehicle. I was contacted by Jonathan who was an awesome Sales Advisor to work with. He did a virtual introduction, sent picture and did a walk through. We did same for my trade-in. We stayed in regular contact until we agreed on a deal that was fair to both. A few days later, I drove down and to my surprise when I pulled into the lot, there was my brand new truck ready to drive away. A few signatures with a business manager, Jonathan did a walk through and helped with setup and I drove off. I highly recommend Jonathan as a great guy to do business with. Georgian Motors impressed me! Thanks to the entire staff involved with making this an easy process.
