Just bought a new to me 2021 GMC 3500 duramax the salesman nick was very nice not pushy it was a great experience from this dealership nic was very professional and very friendly I would recommend dealing with this dealership in Ontario it's definitely worth the drive no matter where you live

I recently purchased a 2021 chevy silverado from this place, my sales representative was steph boss, I had a very good experience here, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I can't recommend this place enough

Nic Brown, hands down the best salesmen I’ve probably ever dealt with, super knowledgeable, down to earth and never felt pressured a bit ,, went in looking for slightly used truck and was treated like I was buying a $100k vehicle,, highly recommended Nic and the rest of the staff at Georgian! especially over those other guys across town. I spent months doing research about what truck I should get. And I came to Georgian Chevy and I met JAMES BEZOZ, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I come back over and over for several months. He made me and my family feel very comfortable and welcome, one of the friendliest and honest guys I ever met. He never try to push me to buy anything that dosent fit me. And he listened to my needs and pick a truck for me, when I walk in the next time. I fell in love with that truck since then. I couldn't be happier with my new ride and Georgian chevy. JAMES BEZOZ you are amazing 👏 thank you for your help. Keep up the good work. I highly recommend Georgian chevy if you are looking for a car or truck and make sure you find James Bezoz. 👍

What a great experience. Take a minute and give yourselves a pat on the back. My first time coming to your dealership and couldn't be happier. Service area I was in and out with the work done, didn't have an appointment, I really appreciate that. Also had a question for parts and they all immediately went on a hunt to find what I was asking for and had an answer before I left. Well done everyone.

Had to take my Buick in for an air bag recall. After it was done the service airbag kept coming on intermittently. I took the vehicle back and the service department wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee. of $ 175. They told me that it could be some other air bag not the drivers bag that they replaced. So now I don't know if I have an accident will my air bag deploy. The staff were lovely but this GM policy is not acceptable to me.I have bought two vehicles from them, still have the problem of the service airbag light but am not willing to fork over $175. Terrible service policy.

We are sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. In discussion with your advisor, you mentioned that the airbag light had been on and off intermittently on your 2015 Enclave prior to the recall but was off at the time that you picked up the vehicle and that it came on later that day. We did offer to scan the vehicle at no charge to ensure the light was not triggered by anything related to the steering wheel airbag that was replaced however any diagnosis outside of the recall coverage would be something that you’d be responsible for.

Excellent sales lady Steph that we dealt with. HMP in Exeter never returned our call regarding the truck we were looking at, so we called Georgian to get info. They were so easy to work with, that we made the 3 hour drive to purchase the truck.

This dealership sold us a gmc Savannah work van, they hid major bodywork that was done, rust and paint chipping off all parts of van, not working locks, and multiple other issues any dealership would be fixing, instead of being helpful and polite, they pass you off to the manager who is absolutely useless, then you ask to talk to someone else who can help( another manager) even more useless. 20 managers that have no power to do anything… I would highly recommend you go anywhere but this place full of scumbags.
