I couldn't have anything better to say about this dealership! Bought my first car there in 2020, and when it was time for a newer one, I knew where to go! I hopped online to start the process, and was quickly assisted by Hisham. He was always quick to answer any questions I had. He set me up with Loic for a test drive on my new 2020 Venue! Loic was so chill, very kind and helpful for the final stages. Jessie in the business office is the sweetest person ever! The whole process took less then a week, and was so easy! Thanks to everyone involved in my purchase, can't wait to go back for my next Hyundai!

Jose (Rafael) is the best service advisor I ever dealt with. I own a hyundai from last 4 years always prefer hyundai service stations for my car maintenance and been to multiple hyundai service stations but Experience hyundai is best of all. Everytime I go Rafael go above and beyond to help me to get my vehicle ready as per my schedule. He is very good at his job and also provide best customer service.

I took my car there to fix the fuel consumption issue, but they only replaced the spark plugs and charged me $240 without addressing the actual problem. The issue still remains.

*Special shout out to Moe, Tia and especially Jose!!* I have been dealing with Hyundai for several years now, and up until my most recent experiences I would have given them a -163747287. I was made to feel unintelligent when I called in the past with issues with my vehicle, and I absolutely HATED going so I avoided them at all cost. About 6-7 months ago I had to call and make an appointment with them because of a warranty issue, and I was pleasantly surprised at such a positive experience!! I was made to feel so welcome, their positive energy was so refreshing, and now I don’t feel like I have to get up to speed on my vehicle lingo before calling, I can just call, be myself and they do whatever they can to help, and I am so thankful for them!

My mother purchased a tuscan that has had nothing but issues. The main one being paint peeling rapidly. Told by dealership they would pay a third, the insurnace a third and my mother the remaining third. It is well known that they have an issue with paint peeling, most being white. My mother as well as the body shop and myself have yet to receive a call from the dealership after dozens of phone calls and msgs left. This is so unprofessional to make her feel at fault for your shitty paint peeling.

Terrible customer service. Never a call back after over 2 years of calls. Paint peeling and told insurnace, my mother and the dealership can all pay a third? For a well known issue with the white paint peeling?!?!?! Would not recommend this company, especially this dealership. Ironically the dealership had her wait for a white tuscan rather than the silver she originally wanted. Likely due to knowing about the white peeling paint issue as it's been widely known across North America.
