Went to Vernon Dodge and jeep on Saturday and bought a brand new Dodge 1500. What a beautiful truck, Tim and the boys were awesome to deal with and made it so easy. Have to say what an amazing experience it was from start to finish, traded in my wife's car and now she has the truck she has always dreamed of. Tim and Jayden I can't thank you enough. Thanks for the great service and the deals. Highly recommend going to Dodge for your next vehicle. Dusty

Unfortunately my short dealings with them were horrible. First I Recieved three different text messages from three different people within half an hour. I made a phone appointment to speak with Jason, and then another salesmen JD texted me immediately asking me about getting a cosigner. I told the lady who made my appointment I didn't want to deal with JD again but the very next morning, while waiting for Jason to call I received a call from JD. When I told him I was waiting for Jason, he informed me that Jason asked him to call me. Very disappointed in the customer service. To get the one person I asked not to deal with to call me is extremely ignorant. Not to mention he kept calling me by my last name. Didn't bother to even take the ten seconds to be polite enough to call me by my name. I hope others have a better experience, but unfortunately mine was short and ugly. Clearly they don't care about customer service.

Don't go here for service. $1800 and still have the same problem. A year later when my budget allowed another dodge dealership looked at my truck. The $1800 in steering parts Vernon Dodge replaced WERE NEVER EVEN TIGHTENED. Steering gear box, pitman arm and drag link were all hand tight only. I should have known when I walked in to pickup my truck and their advisor smelled like weed that they are incompetent. Thankfully the other dodge shop was able to make the repairs correctly. If this dealership cared about the quality of work they do they would send me a check for a refund.

Ben and Josh were awesome helping us pick out our Jeep Gladiator! Ben was easy going during the test drive and was able to answer most of our questions and get answers to those questions he didn’t have answers to. Both were so easy to talk to and made the process enjoyable!
