Not the best experience for me at this dealership. Bought a vehicle from them, and had to sift through the shady dealer practices that everyone tells you about. Price changed when I didn't want the extended warranty, 250$ for Nitrogen in the tires, and so on. The real bummer was when I got home with the vehicle and there was no lug nut wrench or locking key for the lug nuts on the wheels, and the engine cover was missing. I know they had all these items off at the dealership, so I asked them to look around, I cant have a vehicle that you cannot remove the wheels. After not finding anything, I told the dealership that I have the tools to remove the keyed lug nut, if they cover the cost of regular lug nuts to replace I will do all the work. They agreed over the phone to what I thought was a generous offer. They shipped me the lost lug nut wrench, I did the work on the keyed lug nut and bought replacements, but have been ghosted by salesman and sales manager. Pretty sure I'm not getting a check in the mail, and I highly doubt they are going to find me a missing engine cover like they promised as well. It's too bad because due to a wreck I'm now purchasing another vehicle, and while they have the one I'm looking for, I'm now having to look further out for the same thing. Would recommend going with a place that sticks by their word in case you have issues.
