Don’t buy a new truck, had mine for over a year and it’s mostly been in the shop getting fixed, now they’re wasting my time with dropping it off just to say they can’t service the truck because the engine light isn’t on anymore..it’s been two months waiting for parts since I brought it in not my fault the engine light randomly went off still needs to be serviced without the inconvenience of having to bring it back

I guess I forgot to review when I bought my car 6 months ago... woops. I want to say this dealership was great to deal with! Peter was amazing and has been awesome at every step. I recently had to get a key, and I had purchased their warranty. After some mix up and some nasty attitude from Honda, Peter came in again to save the day! Seriously can't recommend them or Peter enough!

When my fiancé and I were shopping for a new vehicle, Vernon Dodge was the only dealership we had gone to where the sales team instantly took us seriously and actually offered a few test drives to narrow down what model and options we were specifically looking for. Other dealers had turned us away with a "next time you come in book a test drive" as if to doubt us. We never went back in as we found great hospitality at Vernon Dodge. Landon and Dan are the best to deal with! All our needs and wants were taken into consideration and they helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family with all the options and accessories. The entire team is also super friendly and every time we go back in for parts etc. everyone greets with smiles and welcoming facing, "Hey! How've you been?!" can be heard from all over.

Had my truck for 2 years now. Was a used 2020 truck. Traded in my 2018 that they couldn’t get the parts in for conveniently under warranty so got stuck with this used lemon. Has had a laundry list of problems. Have documented everything. Anything Stellantis is not worth buying. Save your money. I would give it less stars but google wont let me. So the one star is for Matt, Daniel, and Landon as they are great to deal with. Stellantis is not. And my truck still doesn’t work properly.
