Took our Kia Soul in to have general maintenance done and asked to have the brakes front and back checked. The report we received back stated the brakes were fine and still had over 6mm of pads left. We were told to take our car out on the hwy at hwy speeds to hammer on the brakes to remove glazing on the pads but instead of burning off glazing we ended up damaging the rotors because the service tech didn't even examine the brakes and there was not pad material left and it was metal on metal. I removed the tires and upon examining the front brakes myself was shocked to see no pad material whatsoever. After purchasing and installing new pads myself we both felt that Vernon Dodge should be held accountable for this underhanded lack of customer service which out us in danger out on the roads as well as putting others in danger due to a lack of brakes. After going directly to the service manager with my paperwork and actual pads for him to view he was shocked and concerned. He did honour this terrible mistake by replacing the damaged rotors at no cost which we appreciate of course. In saying this I would warn all service customers to double check this facilities work to be certain all work that was stated on your service sheet was actually done and the service tech was diligent in checking and relaying the proper findings on the service sheet they produce.

JD and the guys in sales were great to deal with. This is our 3rd vehicle from Vernon Dodge and we’re not disappointed, although I think it’s silly to not get my rubber mats unless I write a review.

This dealership service is brutal and the advisors rude. When asking multiple questions on a serious matter trying to understand the system to get vehicle fixed advisor gets made even reminding us that “they are not paid to talk on the phone and answer our questions” they got other people waiting who they get paid to assist. During entire conversation we held ourselves professionally and got no idea why the patient ran thin but far from appropriate!! Called Kelowna dodge who apologized for dodge behaviour and answered all questions and dealt with issue on hand.

When it came down to it, this dealership didn't keep their word and follow through with terms we agreed upon, when I purchased a truck. They will choose their salesmans version of the truth over what happened/was promised. And not even address any concerns of mine that not one person had reached out to me the last ten months regarding the matter, it was always me contacting them and on top of that my attempts to contact the manager were ignored. Very poor customer service. Stay away. So much for the customer being right. I will never purchase from them again.

I purchased a truck from Lief a year ago. Part of the deal was that I would recieve winter tires and rims. It's been 10 months and still nothing. No one has been pro active to see that this deal is completed. I've been given the run around by two sales men now and the general manager hasn't even tried to contact me after I have made attempts to contact him. I'm unsatisfied with how I have been treated . They said whatever was needed to make there dollar and now I'm left empty handed. Very poor handling of my situation. No one has taken any initiative to make sure that what was promised to me, has been provided. I trade up every few years and I will not be going back to this dealership for any new vehicles in the future. It was my first RAM as well but this whole ordeal has made me consider never owning another.

Went to the dealership this morning to get a full car inspection. after leaving my car for 2 to 3 hours and paying them $190. they couldn’t figure out if the transmission is not working. They didn’t even give me the engine light codes. in their defense, they said they just eyeball the car from every angle and see if there’s any oil leak. If not, it’s good to go. Don’t waste your money here.

I have bought two trucks from this location, and the experiences were great. The trucks are set up as the dealership gets them. Best box liners I have had between my 4 trucks I have now owned. I just wish I was able to come back for my most recent truck. It was a mistake going else where. The reps we dealt with were great. The whole experience was always fun and enjoyable.
