I normally don't write reviews but had to share the wonderful experience we had with Vernon Dodge. With 2 previously bad experiences at other dodge dealerships I was unsure if we would ever do business with Dodge again. Vernon Dodge Dealership changed my mind. Landon the sales rep that worked with us was so good. He went above and beyond to give us a fair price on our trade and get us in to the vehicle we wanted. The service at Vernon Dodge goes well beyond just selling you a vehicle, they follow up with you to ensure you are 100 percent satisfied. Something we never received with other dealerships. Thank you Vernon Dodge!

Pete and the crew were great in helping us put together a new truck-even stayed an hour past closing to accommodate our schedule! Truck was on time, very friendly and helpful service. 100% recommend.

Do not under any circumstances buy a car from here. Management alone is a gong show and they inflate the prices in an absurd way. They say they can get any credit approved but in reality they just fudge the numbers and ruin your credit score while doing this all to make a sale.

They claim that they have an express oil change lane. But only if you’re willing to wait three days for an appointment for it, I thought the point of an express oil change lane was that no appointment necessary as the sign indicated?

Best services I've received at a dealership by far. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff made trading in my old vehicle and getting into a new Jeep Grande Cherokee a quick and easy process.
