Bobby helped me to get my truck. I had no clue what to buy with so many options around me. My local dealership tried to pressurise me into a deal I never wanted. Then I met Bobby on Vernon dodge’s website. He was willing to know my needs first and then made suggestions about what will be good for me. I definitely recommend to work with Bobby at Vernon dodge to get your new ride.

My experience was a bit more challenging than normal because I wanted 2 trucks and obviously price was important. The sales team was respectful and patient with me. Definitely great having this dealer in Vernon.

Our recent new car buying experience was excellent with Vernon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and fully explained the features. We got good pricing for our new Jeep and a reasonable trade in for our used vehicle. The paperwork for financing and closing was efficient, and the new vehicle orientation was most helpful.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2023 dodge ram from Vernon Dodge. We had the best service. Landon and Bobby were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision. We have been dealing with Vernon Dodge for over 20 years and won’t go anywhere else. They are the best!

Please be weary of bringing in your dodge product for service. We had brought our 2017 dodge ram 3500 to get serviced as there were potential problems with the def system. The fuel filters also needed to be replaced so we had said when you do the diagnostic to please look into it. But clarified please do not start any work until the diagnostic is done and you call us to confirm. When they called we declined service and said we will come take the truck there was no mention they would change the fuel filters. Once we got there Matt had let us know they didn’t do anything to the def system but they did change the fuel filters. When we had said to Matt that when we brought it in there we never said that we wanted them to change the filters he got very very defensive now we are stuck with a bill for something we didn’t even confirm we wanted done on the truck that could have been done for a less expensive price else where. It’s unfortunate when the service Center doesn’t take ownership of a mistake and blames it on the customer as we were clear nothing would be touched on the truck until after they called and had conformation. I hope this isn’t a common occurrence at this location because I would feel bad for so many people who may feel helpless in these situations.

Warning about this shady dealer, salesperson and sales manager. I was advised to put a refundable deposit on a truck before seeing it. Decided against the truck and now the salesman nor sales manager will not refund my deposit. Instead the sales manager would hassle and pressure me late at night via text trying to get me into any other vehicle. He called and texted and i stated numerous times Im not interested in any vehicle and to return my deposit. I told him I have screen shots stating it is refundable and he continuously hassles me trying to sell a vehicle. Now i am having to start a case with VSA to get my deposit back. If possible to give 0 star review, as this is an incredibly unprofessional dealership and will never buy any vehicle from here nor recommend anyone to shop here.
