I was interested to buy this car but was'nt sure if to buy it . Their Sales Team guy took me in his trust and asked me to provide my personal info just to hold down the car for me and get the deal to a reasonable price . When I provided them with all my details they took the hold to a down payment and booked the car on me without my final decision or consent . They did'nt give time for how to proceed with finance or Insurance as it was done right on spot. The car was still sold to me on high price without discussing its ( accidental ) records prior on listing and without giving an estimate on how much would it cost with or without taxes. And when brought up to the management head they all defended the sales guy by saying that they sell their cars within half an hour and they just appologised for whatever happened but didn't take the car back rather could change it for me . Pretty frustrating and fraudulent way to run a business. They rushed with their sales and impossed it nor giving enough time to think about it and came with the car to my place for a test drive . Nice way to make a sale ? Huh

At first glance, this place seems impressive – great facilities and friendly customer service. However, my experiences with both the service and sales departments tell a different story. Unfortunately, I suspect there's something questionable happening behind the scenes. On two separate occasions, I was misled and pressured into buying parts for my truck that didn’t actually need replacing. It felt deceptive and exploitative, leaving me frustrated and distrustful. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business here to be cautious and double-check any recommendations for repairs or replacements. Transparency and honesty should be a priority, but sadly, this wasn’t the case in my experience. This place lacks honesty and integrity. I strongly recommend supporting local businesses instead of dealing with a deceptive operation like this big corporate company. Local businesses are often more transparent, trustworthy, and focused on building genuine customer relationships. Choose wisely and avoid falling victim to questionable practices.

We do see that on your last visit we recommended potentially replacing your battery in the near future as well as your cabin air filter. We suggested them because they honestly and genuinely were getting near the end of their life. My vehicle has been serviced by them for over 2 years and not once have I been disappointed in their business. All around friendly staff; great services offered; and even when there was one minor issue, the shop resolved it in the most reasonable and forward-thinking way I believe was possible. Great value for money!
