Wendy and their team is very good and very nice. They give good suggestions about the car that we want for our daily transportation. They give also very low interest rate and zero dp. Now, i got my 2021 mitsubishi rvr with a very cheap bw payment. Thank you🥰

I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get a vehicle at all after claiming bankruptcy. Sam worked his magic and was able to get me a nice vehicle quickly. I would 100 percent recommend Empire auto to anyone with good or bad financial history. If I can do it just about anyone should be able to get a vehicle.

DONT BUY HERE as I bought a vehicle from them and it has been nothing but problem.after problem they lie to u to make a deal as they lied to both me and my cosigner they selling mid to high mileage vehicle that just require f9xing over and over if u write a bad review they will contact u and say if u take the bad review down we can help u yet another lie and the put excuses like oh u put x amount of mileage on your vehicle so your out of luck there warranty they give u is a joke there service department never gets back to u if they do it days later they don't admit when they are wrong they just do whatever to sell u a vehicle and they put u in a vehicle that u don't get to test drive they do everything behind the scences so your stuck with whatever vehicle they think will work for u EMPIRE AUTO GROUP IS NOT A GOOD DEALERSHIP

If i can give a ZERO ? I WOULD!!! They have put my family in danger my first payment for was was day we recived car 6 hours after reciveing.....also dont get them to work on your car will be worse and yous will be in danger ....started off withfront axle then rack and pinion paid for by them still had swaying issues they said bring in ford for alignment, tire balqnce, reer shocks, idler wheel, tentioner wheel, superntine belt, spark plugs, main drive axle front to back , not bolted sub frame ..loose bolts control arm driver side 2 out of 3 bolts where cross thread from empire mechanic ..feels like everything bolt was loose on purpose ....sent them invoice ..they tell us bring to ford when you wernt paying the bill in the end.been at ford now for 3 months.telling us warrenty dont cover everything but alignment even tho you told us warrenty was bumper to bumper warrenty ...then yous tell us help you fraud warrenty ...now we need to pay of 3600..now stuck at ford we only had our car 3 weeks out of 7 monhs... been stuck at 3 garages for weeks also towed out of town to their mechanic for 3 weeks ..these issue where there before reciving the car ..our down payment loan was for repairs before we even gotten car.. still needs transmission work end of may ..wont pay for this when we havnt drivn car in 7 months and 7 months of payents .to pay to borrow other cars ..my kids where in this car ...thanks for selling us a broken unsafe car could have killed my family..... if yous have issues also like this please contact me ..if yous gotten a car from empire auto group that was unsafe and fake 2 year warranty bit was 1 year warrenty and dont cover major issues and needed insane amount of repairs please contact me havenprevost@gmail.com ..or robprevost770@gmail.com or 705 920 4240 ... 3,800 still not paid since april 2024 still stuck at ford and needs 5 k in repair still thanks for your broken car my family is stuck in the middle of bush with a car stuck at ford

2016 ford fusion

Bought 2016 ford fusion on december 5th 2023 promised to be safe ..they drove car and delivered it here london to sudbury on the 19th of december ...the first time i taken the car out on christmas day with my family of 5. 2 adults and 3 children ...we noticed major swaying ..we contacted empire they towed it from sudbury to london to replace rack and pinion and towed it back to sudbury ...still major swaying they told us to bring to ford send them invoce how much would cost april 2024...we did that ..they gave us the go ahead to get repaired ....owner of empire kept giving us run around cause he had his own personal issues going on ....after weeks of run around he said that warrenty doesnt cover this bill we will pay 500 put of 4 k bill ..car is still at ford since april 2024.ford told me after that bill...the 2016 ford fusion needs to go back for tansmission issues the bill would be more then 5 thousand .... empire never tried to help ...this is fraud and please read so others dont end up frauded also ...they will sell you unsafe car and tell you to change google review to 5 star if you want repairs and still dont fix the repairs in the end
