Just picked up my Ram from their service dept. for routine maintenance. This was my first visit to this dealership and I'm very impressed! The service advisor Jenn was awesome to deal with. Everything I requested was completed efficiently, nothing more, nothing less. Truck was clean when I picked up. Top Notch service and staff!

Very happy with my new to me preowned Ram 1500. Preowned sales department and finance department were great. Very friendly , approachable and I didn't feel pressure at all. Truck was cleaned and washed before arrival. Thank you South Trail Dodge for selling me my first truck.

I had a warranty issue with my 2016 Ram eco diesel. Even though I had taken out an extended warranty which covered me up to 160,000 km's. It didn't cover the costs when a sensor went in the def tank. When the service manager Phil heard that I had had to pay out $1600 to cover the repair costs. He took it to Chrysler and got them to pay for the repairs. I can't thank him enough for taking the time to resolve it without any cost to me. All the staff at south trail couldn't have been more helpful!
