Purchasing numerous Chevrolet vehicles from SMP over the past ten years or so, I want to send out kudos to the service department for taking great care to ensure our vehicles run in tip top condition! In the beginning, I met Rebecca Friesen in the service department, and to this day Rebecca has always given us amazing advice and impeccable service...thank you Rebecca! Since financing my 2015 Acadia anytime I've needed it serviced I call Rebecca Friesen everytime . Rebecca is always smiling and happy to help be on my way as quickly as possible. Rebecca is an awesome at her job and I'm happy to see her whenever maintenance is due.

After just getting into an accident, I was forced to look for a vehicle. I just recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Ellantra from SMP. I dealt with Chris & Jilene in the sales department they gave me outstanding service as always. Shane in finance was professional and great to deal with. We recently purchased a pre-owned Siverado from SMP. Our dealing with Jeff Brown met all of our expectations. He helped us broker a deal that allowed us to upgrade to a newer vehicle in manner that was no pressure and left us felling that we had made the right choice. Jeff is knowledgable, professional and is a salesperson who I would recommend to anyone in the market for a preowned or new vehicle. We had been to another dealership who did nothing but low ball us on our trade and Jeff worked with us to come up with a number we were all happy with. Give him a chance help you out. You won't be sorry you did.

Took my vehicle to SMP because it has damage in the front alignment tires after I hit pothole. In the beginning going in there I have a lot of incertenty however Rebecca Friesen was a sweet heart putting my mind at easy and guiding me thru the whole process with patience and professionalism. Do recommend!!!
