Rebecca Friesen is an amazing and super helpful lady, she’s always going out of her way to make sure every thing is done on time or as fast as possible if you need your vehicle. She’s a very happy and cheerful person, nice to talk to and made my experience with going through SMP enjoyable.

Rebecca Friesen is an outstanding service representative for SMP. Very pleasant, goes out of her way to make sure everything is worked on in time and over above what is be worked on. I own a Ford vehicle and prefer to go to see Rebecca with my issues. If there’s anything else that is found she calls right away to double check if you want it done now or later. I took my truck in to have a recall done. Was a minor issue. Was sorted out. Later they phoned and informed me that much more maintenance should be done. I informed them that I was a mechanic and that none of what they were trying to sell me was necessary. She got quiet on the phone real fast. She said "she would make a note on my file that I was a mechanic." Told her to never phone me again. Not her fault. Some plan that someone at AutoCanada (who know own's SMP) dreamt up in order to take advantage of people who don't know any better. Extremely unethical people. Not sure how these people sleep at night.

Had a nice experience at SMP, everyone is friendly. Shanahan was helpful in finding a vehicle that suited all our needs. Wish I could have had a little more bargaining power, but it's to be expected when buying a vehicle so I didn't deduct stars.
