I bought my first 2 jeeps from St. Albert jeep, but unfortunately will not be a returning customer. I had a cold call from a sales associate about upgrading my jeep, he was going to look at a few options and get back to me. I then get an email saying my credit was ran without my permission. No one once asked if they could run my credit. I spoke with his manager and the owner with little to no acknowledge that it is illegal to run credit checks without consent.
