Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge

Brought my truck in for warranty work and found their technician that diagnosed the issue to be unqualified. Said the issue was something unrelated and not possible to avoid having to do the job under warranty. Being a diesel mechanic I know he was wrong. Will never return for service or to buy a vehicle. Not happy at all.

They gave me a quote of $369 for a Cargo Area Security Cover - Slate Grey(2007-2015) [82212687] But I bought it from the other local Jeep dealer (East End) for $169 They quoted me $1320 for suspension work "that needed to be done right away" but when I got a second opinion from another dealer they said it wasn't critical but if I wanted it done it would cost me $577 LESS than Dilawri quoted me.

Well, I've decided to write another review. I don't do this often, but feel that in this case it would be a shame not to. I've purchased a few vehicles, mainly trucks from this dealer thru the years, and always was pleased with how I was treated and prices and everything. But this review is not about that. For the first time in who knows when my vehicle needed to go into service. Sometimes it happens in any car even a new one, thank god under warranty, something goes wrong. So it did in my truck. I brought it to the dealership and boy did they stepped up to help me. Shane, the service adviser was getting me into a loaner very quickly, calling me with updates, calling parts supplier or who knows whom to speed up the process. I wish my truck didn't have to go into service, but with it being there, I am very pleased how I was taken cared of. I honestly want to thank the dealer for providing a loaner vehicle and for the great service and care. I highly recommend this dealer for both purchase and services. Five stars guys! Looking forward to continue being your loyal customer.

Just bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler with Marc and Yousef at Dilawri. The vehicle AND the customer service have exceeded my expectations. The car is amazing, and the soft top is great in winter too, despite my fear about it. The customer service was great. Marc sold me the car and made sure I get the car I want, and Yousef made sure I get a good deal on it and ensured the car gets delivered as quickly as possible (they didn't have it on the parking lot; had to trade in with another dealership). I waited a week and a half between buying it and picking it up, which is very reasonable. This experience definitely helped me regain confidence in car salesmen, because not all of them are slimey and crooks. (had that experience too, but only with used cars though, at another dealership) My advice for you: Know what car you want. Negotiate the deal. Make sure you get a copy of all the papers during the negotiation, and if timing is an issue for you, ensure that is on the contract too.

We have bought personal vehicles and vehicles for our business through Mike and will be back again the next time we need another vehicle. Mike is honest and friendly and always ready to answer any question. He is never pushy. He goes the "extra mile" in customer service!
