*** See UPDATE below my original review. Purchased my second vehicle there and everything went well. To this day, I cannot complain about anything (service or products) obtained at this dealership (Dilarwi). I see some mixed reviews on this site about the dealership and their service. I cannot confirm any of these issues exist but from my experience, it's all been positive. If I have any issues about anything, they have always listened to my concerns and made adjustments to accommodate me. As a rule, I never recommend dealership to people (because it is a personal choice) but in the case of Dilarwi, I cannot recommend against it. Go in and check it out for yourself. *** UPDATE: Had to downgrade the star rating to two this morning after an unpleasant encounter with the service manager. I am now on my fourth car purchased there in the last four years. I always purchase the extended warranty which (I was told) included free oil changes and car rental when warranty work is required and the car needs to stay for the day. It would seem that they changed the rules of the car rental in the middle of the game. Fine. Budget cut backs? Maybe. And I can understand. They have offered me a shuttle ride to work instead. I can live with that. Problem is, they only offer one-way shuttle service. That means that I can get to work but not back? Their solution (which is not really THEIR solution) is to take the bus back to the dealership. Somehow, the idea that I purchased a $50k car to avoid having to take the bus, has escaped them. I was told that a return shuttle was complicated to operate. It would seem that if work is difficult, they don't want to do it. So, in turn, they deflect this problem onto their clients. The service manager got extremely defensive and aggressive with me as I criticize this approach. He seemed very annoyed that I confirmed that other dealership still offer two-way shuttle service and almost called me a liar on that topic (I had actually contacted two other nearby dealership beforehand and had actually confirmed this fact). I am not sure what has happened but they need to learn that great ratings online are not easily earned and that bad ratings are easy to get when you piss-off your loyal clientele. Hope this UPDATE to my review will assist you with your car buying decisions.

We have been looking for a vehicle for almost 2 years, we were only in so my wife could test drive a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk. Wasfi offered to get us a new Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk ready for a test drive , he was very knowledgeable of the Jeep product , he helped us recognize what we wanted in a vehicle, he was friendly and personable and did not try to pressure us into buying a vehicle. The sales process was handled very professionally, he worked with us to work out a price we were comfortable with, it was very stress free process. Adam in finance was great to deal with as well, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dilawrie has treated me well so far, I am very impressed and would recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Kevin & Jenn Currie

These guys were awesome. From the sales staff to the financing people, they treated us great. Unlike a lot of dealers, these guys really take the time to make sure that you have a great experience with them. I highly recommend them!!!
