These guys were awesome. From the sales staff to the financing people, they treated us great. Unlike a lot of dealers, these guys really take the time to make sure that you have a great experience with them. I highly recommend them!!!

Wasfi Haroun, the Dilawri sales representative I dealt with, was very courteous, friendly, personable, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. From the moment I stepped in the door to the time I was handed my keys, all aspects of the transaction were organized and went very smoothly. Paul, the finance agent who handled my file, was also very courteous, friendly, personable, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. He explained all available options clearly and concisely. Normally, buying a vehicle can be a hassle due to the constant and consistent pressure tactics to upgrade or buy beyond your means. This was not the case here. I told them what I wanted, what I could afford and both worked with me to ensure I reached my goal...a new, affordable vehicle. I was quite surprised that when handed the keys for my new vehicle, everything had gone so well and so quickly. No muss, no fuss, just a sensible, logical exchange between someone who was looking for a new vehicle and a dealership that had skads of them for sale. I would definitely recommend these two individuals and, of course, the dealership they work with. Thanks for a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Classic over-promising car dealer with an underwhelming purchasing experience. Drove from Montreal because they were the only dealer within reasonable driving distance with the car I wanted with the options I wanted (2013 Dodge Journey R/T w/ 7 passenger seating). Called before going, and asked if the car could be ready for the Monday if we decided to go for it on the Friday morning. "No problem. We'll make that work" I was told by Dennis. "Come on and see it". So off we went, on Friday. Dennis was pretty knowledgeable about the product, his sales experience is obvious. Pricing was firm, used a 600$ coupon from their website. Nothing thrown in, no negotiation on price. Fair price it seems, but fair is relative. I decided to purchase it. At that time, I asked again about delivery "Oh, well, we'll see what we can do..." Went in to sit with Adam Sylvester, the financing person, specified my request again "Oh, that is very unlikely. We can't promise that... We ALWAYS ask for at least 72 hours to prep a car" So, being the only car with the features I wanted, I still bought it. Maybe I shouldn't have. I picked up the car on Wednesday, called before going, spoke to Adam Sylvester again. Was told it was all ready, and that is was just topped off. I assumed it meant they had filled the tank. When I got it, I noticed the tank was about 1/3 full. I asked Adam about it, he said "I never would have said that. We always put in 25$ of fuel in our used cars." Like I would have fabricated that. Finally, the person who had the car prior to my purchase was an employee of Delarwi. I only got one key, because they had forgotten the 2nd one at home. "We'll send it priority post tomorrow. She's bringing it in," I was told by a salesman who's name I didn't get. I've had the car for 7 days. The key hasn't shown up yet, so I called yesterday, and left a message. I got a call back today by Dennis, and was told that the key was at the dealership but locked in a desk of a manager who is on vacation, probably. "It's not my fault" he said. Well, it certainly isn't MY fault, is it? On top of that, he asks "so how if your new Dodge Journey?" I respond "It pulls to the left a little". He goes right on into an explanation about why he doesn't have the key sent out yet, never offering any advice on the pull. I would have expected "Oh, if you're around, stop by and we'll look at it", or "sounds like an alignment issue. We should have a look". Nope. It wasn't the answer he was expecting, and just moved on from there. If you shop there, take anything they say with a huge grain of salt. I'm not 1-starring it because they did get the Quebec plates on it without a problem, so kudos to Delarwi for that. I am very happy with the Journey R/T, but this has nothing to do with the shopping experience I've had.

2014 Jeep Cherokee North Altitude From the start we had amazing service. Walked into showroom and was not bothered by every salesperson to get a deal. We were allowed to look around and were advised to let them know when we wished to speak with a salesperson. (Grade A+ in my books) Lara was very professional and accommodated us throughout the transition. We had to order our new jeep in and Lara remained in contact with us through email and text. By far Lara and the dealership is one of the most classy places we have dealt with. I would encourage everyone in the Ottawa and surrounding area to go here and experience the courtesy and professionalism we did. As we are a jeep family, I will be back in a couple of years to purchase another jeep from this dealership with no hesitation. Please keep up the great work guys!

The price was decent, but the service was not existing. I bought a dodge sx 2.0 back in 2006 with extended warranty. The car had electrical problems around the 60,000km mark, they had the car all day but couldn't find the problem, they called me to come pick it up, and drop it off again the next day so they could continue working on it. Which I did, but because the car was in for 2 days they were suppose to supply me a rental car for free.... but they wouldn't because the car didn't stay over night. Talk about splitting hairs. After making a scene, they decided it was better for business to honour their promise then to try to save a few bucks. I hated dealing with them, had multiple interactions, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
