" NOBODY STEALS,...... LIKE DALAWRI!" Wooooo!!! Had an issue with my car i bought brand new, they never fixed it. Came in for oil change , i asked for synthetic oil they put regular oil with out asking me and then tell me they had no synthetic oil. On top of that, tried to charge me for synthetic. After 8 months had to trade my car in due to the fact they didnt want to spend any more time fixing it anymore and couldn't find the problem. They now lost me to Ottawa Dodge on St. Laurent... Ur loss not mine!!!!

I never thought I would buy a new car, partly because of, well, the price, as well as a fear of the process and distaste for salespeople in general. Dan Feldman was great to work with, though, and has a very natural and approachable manner that puts people at ease. I don't think it's the salesperson's job to get me the best price possible, but I do think it's his or her job to convince me that I got the best price and working with Dan I was convinced of that! From the start I was clear that I wanted to know what the final cost would be and not be surprised by a number of additional charges, and I felt that Dan explained these things well and I didn't feel surprised or 'taken' by the final bill. He took the time needed to work with us negotiating price and to explain the various features of the vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle and am looking forward to working with Dilawri going forward, based on the other reviews I have seen as well.
