It's not just about the money - we well understood that new 2014 Grand Cherokee would be costly - but about that sacred relationship of honour, trust and respect you enter with a dealer. Not pushy, not fake, Graham did not want to talk us into anything, did not advertise … (what kind of salesperson are you, man!?! :) ) instead he mostly listened, seeking the right balance between our wishes, our budget, and their inventory. And he finally did it, giving us quite a sweet deal (well… it's still about the money, right?:), leaving us very happy. What else? My kids loved him, my wife loved him (she does not get out of that Jeep, by the way), we say "Thank you, Graham" any time we pass the dealership. Next time we look for a car, we know the address. What else can I add... Young, smart, intelligent, always there for clients - Graham, you can do really well - I wish you the best of luck in all the endeavours! And all Dilawri guys - you've been great. Free drinks and popcorn! Yeehoo!

He fully understood our requirements for a new car and recommended 2014 Chrysler 200 LX for us. They gave a good trad-in discount for my old Chrysler Concord LXI made in 2001. Afterwards, they also gave some discounts for 2014 Chrysler 200 purchase. His altitude is very sincere and we felt his honesty. We made a rapid decision to buy our new car. I went to Dilawri looking to trade in my 2006 Dakota for a 2013 Ram, haven been to other dealerships, I knew what I wanted. Upon walking into Dilawri we were greeted by Graham, who listen to what I was looking for and then walked the lot and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Graham was able to get me into a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 for the budget I had given him. My experience at Dilawri was very good, and I would recommend any of my family and friends to go in and deal with Graham Churchill. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Graham & Dilawri!!!!

Barrie took care of my needs with 5 star attention and price. My service was on time as promised. He is an honest service manager. I have had my previous service done by Barrie and purchased a used Jeep in Montreal. I called and booked an appointment for a safety check that I was quite late in getting in for and he handled it without a hiccup. He also advised me to have an emission test done prior to arriving so I could get the registration done the same day as my safety check. I also threw in a 40,000 KM service appointment the previous owner missed, and he just smiled and said no problem, I then asked for an oil-change as well. He then offered me a special they were having that surprised the daylights out of me. I have happily told all my friends about how honest he is and dedicated to making sure that the service was done properly and on time. This is perhaps the most hard working person in the industry. This is the go to guy when you really need to be taken care of.
