Confidence in Excellent Service Staff

Adam McKinnon had the service dept. analyse our undercarriage of our old Honda & found not only corrosion but a crack which could have resulted in fatalities. We are extremely grateful for their warnings here! To-day we purchased a new 2017 Honda Accord.

Genuine desire to help

I was buying my first used Honda from another dealer and came in to purchase parts and get quotes on fixing it. Trevor Rogowski in particular helped clear up all our concerns. He was very easy to work with and had a genuine interest in helping me get the best experience with my Honda Fit. I don't have any background in cars, and he would demonstrate general tools without hesitation to ensure I felt comfortable with the materials I could be purchasing. I look forward to coming back and working with the friendly service staff at this location :)

I came in by appointment inquiring to trade-in my car. I was provided with the necessary information how to do the trade. I was shown and given assistance in picking the right car for me. Danielle was very accomodating, informative and helpful. The visit ended with me trading my car to a Honda Civic.

Just purchased a 2013 Honda civic with only 43 000 kms on it for 16 500 CASH!! I AM SUPER STOKED AND EXCITED TO PICK IT UP TODAY. As for my personal experience at Honda..it has been wonderful! They remember you by name and are always extremely pleasant..offer coffee to me at every Visit. I'm also certain they DO NOT have a 29 year old female walk in and pay cash everyday either..so I am half convinced that my experience is based off of my ability to pay $22,130.71 in cash. ..price increase because I bought 10 year warranty for $ 1,500.00 & did the undercoating for an additional $1,500.00 and there's about $2,000.00 tax added onto that bad boy. With that being said..they are either great at their jobs or its a case of what my deceased father use to say..."money talks, bullsh*t walks"

I went to Brantford Honda to look at a specific car that was on the lot. When I arrived I wondered the lot for about 20 min. Not a single person came out to talk to me. I decided to walk up to the trailer only to find that no one was around. I continued to wait for another 20 min for some help... No luck. I waited for a total 40 min with nothing. I ran out of time and had to leave. I then called back the next day and they told me the car had sold that morning. Crazy thing was, they had a van parked right in the middle of the lot with the drivers door and rear passenger door wide open and the keys in the ignition ! If this was my dealership, I'd be a little concerned that a vehicle could disappear ! I was there 40 min with no help , who knows how long no one was actually around ! ....... I'm sure the insurance company would love to know this !
