The best car purchase experience I ever had.

My husband and I found a car we liked online at Murray Chevrolet and followed up on it by calling and then going out to see it. Our sales agent, Cody and all the staff we talked with were honest and sincere. We love our car.

Murray's provides a comfortable car buying experience with experienced personnel that is unmatched by any other dealership. It's also worth noting that the level of training that Murray's provides to their staff about GM and competing products in very helpful. All too often i have researched a vehicle for 5 minutes before test driving, and been more knowledgeable about the vehicle than the salesman at other dealerships.

We dealt with Ray from the moment we walked in until we left. At no time did he pressure us or use tactics that coerced us into buying a new vehicle. He simply laid out the paperwork, the numbers and showed us a vehicle that my wife and I both liked. We walked out five hours later with a 2015 Equinox LT. Would I recommend anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle to visit Ray? Definitely. There's no pressure just honesty and cheerful understanding of each client's needs and wants.

When I bring my car in for service, I feel like it's my garage. I always get informed what needs to be worked on right away or what can wait to be fix. I'm referring to my old Chevy Optra. One time, I brought in my old Chevy Optra for annual service. Before I went on a trip, up north to The Pas. During my annual service, I was advised that I need new tires and breaks, which I wasn't aware of at the time. I was sure glad that I brought in the car for service. This give me, a piece of mind to have safe car for my family to travel.
