I had a first service maintenance performed by Tony Graham Lexus. I also had the tire changes. They gave me the loaner car so I just dropped off the car and took the loaner until they called me to pickup the car when it was ready. I was surprised to find out the tire changes were free of charge and my car was washed inside and outside. They treat you well and professionally.

Excellent service, repair done well and car was cleaned and staff were amazing and friendly. Dealt with David Tran and Yan at Lexus and night and day difference in terms of customer service vs dealerships in town. This dealerships service is above and beyond and I am a very picky purchaser and know my cars very well. Highly recommend talking to David Tran.

I got my first ever Lexus from Thanh. I was not comfortable dealing with anyone else besides Thanh as someone else was assisting me before that. However, Thanh restored my faith in Tony Graham Lexus throughout the whole deal. He was professional and assisted me with everything I needed.
