Big shout out to Steven the sales manager at Lexus and Wael from Toyota for making this deal happen. They were straight to the point, kept things simple and paid a fair amount for my trade in vehicle. The communication was clear, efficient and fast throughout the process. Went with the intention of buying a is350. They seemed completely uninterested in selling us a car. Didn't have any is350s in stock and didn't have any real answer as to when they were getting any. Went to the Lexus dealer in Montreal and they had one in stock that we could test drive. We bought the car that day.
