Went to Lexus Graham to test drive a lexus NX250. Was greeted by a very nice receptionist (sorry forgot name) and dealt with Yan Ma , who is very knowledgeable , caring and a great sales rep , would highly recommend! Also had a brief dealing with David Tran who helped with the test drive when Yan Ma was busy with another customer and he was great to talk with. Overall great experience and although i didn’t purchase just yet, it was a great experience and would recommend my colleagues (one bought one from Yan ma and loved her) and when comes to buying a Lexus, i’m coming right back here 👍

Naim was very knowledgeable and found us exactly what we wanted, couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was helpful, whole process went very smoothly and would highly recommend Naim and Tony Graham dealership to anyone!

Was looking to get an RX 450H plug in. After the test drive I mentioned the touchscreen was slow to respond. The rep was not very nice afterwards. He answered our questions, but made me feel very unwelcomed like I was wasting his time. The rep did not try to make the sale, and clearly wanted us gone as soon as possible. Not a premium car, and not a premium customer service. I will not shop at this dealership, and I will never consider a Lexus again. Edit, to address the reply from the Manager: When making the appointment, we were told that RX 450H+ is not available to test drive, but will be in stock in two weeks, so meanwhile we can test-drive the RX 350H (non-plugin version) because the cabin is the same. So we were test-driving RX 350H as a substitute. When I tried to spell my name to the receptionist, I mentioned it's like Alex with KS instead of X, but she put me down as Alex. The car is for my wife, so she was the one driving. Our test drive appointment was originally scheduled for 2:15 PM on Tuesday, Feb 4th, but we had to reschedule for 1:45 PM on Friday, February 7th 2025.

Recently delt with Yan Ma, a sales representative at the dealership, Yan took her time to answer all the questions we had and even had good suggestions.
